You have just completed your 4th week in a row of 100% keto meals!!! Your energy is off the charts, because you are in ketosis and have freed yourself from the blood sugar roller coaster!!
So the logical next step is to take all this new energy and GET MOVING!!
This week is all about exercise. You may cringe at the word, but not for long. We are going to squash that negative connotation for good and make exercise something that brings you joy and satisfaction NOT dread!
And do you want to know the best part?
Now that you are using fat as fuel – you don’t need to spend hours a day exercising! That’s right! 30 minutes is all you need and contrary to popular belief you don’t need to be doing crazy-hard cardio or mindless running on a treadmill to see results! In fact, brisk walking or quick interval exercises using your own body weight will work just as well, if not better!
As a woman, the last thing that you want to do is over stress your adrenals or thyroid with excessive exercise. So the key is to find something that you enjoy and to NOT overdo it!
ACTIVITY 1: Please complete this module. I have loaded this section with great handouts that set the stage for how crucial and powerful exercise is to your well-being!
ACTIVITY 2: I have also provided a 21 Get Toned Workout Plan in this module. Feel free to use this as a guide to get you moving or go ahead and find other forms of exercise that you LOVE to do (dancing, yoga, swimming, etc.).
Whichever exercise that you choose to do, make sure to complete the Monthly Workout Schedule Workbook to schedule in your movement each day and incorporate this into your life for good.
