Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Sweet Maple Horseradish Sauce


For the Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 lb. of Brussels sprouts (or roughly 4 cups) cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • sprinkle of pepper
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup or more of Sweet Maple Horseradish Awesome Sauce (recipe below)
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle mayo
  • 4 tablespoons of G. Hughes Maple Brown Sugar Free BBQ Sauce


For the Brussels Sprouts
  1. Heat your oven to 375. Mix Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper on sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and mix in bacon. Cook for another few minutes or until outsides of sprouts start to turn a dark golden brown. Remove and mix in sauce. Serve up!
For the Sauce
  1. Mix together in bowl.
