Crock Pot Barbacoa Pulled Beef

You can put it in tacos, throw it on salads, melt it with cheese on sandwiches, or just eat it plain.


  • 5 lbs. round roast
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and cut in half
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Season All
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano


  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours. Beef should be ready when it easily falls apart with fork. Pull beef with two forks into shreds.
