Crock-Pot Pulled Pork

ingredients:

  • 9 lbs. pork shoulder or butt
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 medium onion cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Season All
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Shred the pork and serve!
