Keto Autumnal Salad with Spicy Brown Mustard Vinaigrette

This salad's got toasted pecans, goat cheese, blackberries, hard boiled egg, and bacon. And to top it all off, a spicy brown mustard vinaigrette.


For the Salad
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 12 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of toasted and chopped pecans
  • 4 hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup blackberries (or about 5-6 per salad)
For the Dressing
  • 4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 8 single sprigs fresh thyme
  • 10-12 tablespoons olive oil


For the Salad
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Make dressing.
For the Dressing
  1. Whisk mustard, vinegar, garlic, and thyme, in small bowl. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking along the way. Pour over salad.
