Keto Breakfast Cake

This is one breakfast that the whole family will love.

ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Swerve confectioner sugar
  • Sugar-free syrup

instructions:

  1. Whip all ingredients up in bowl with immersion blender. You can also use a regular blender or just whisk by hand.
  2. Pour into 8" round cake tin and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  3. Top with Swerve confectioner sugar and some sugar-free syrup.
