You are in the right spot if you like your brownies extremely dark and fudgy.
1 stick butter
1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups xylitol
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond flour
Heat oven to 350 and line 8 x 8 casserole dish with parchment paper. Put butter, cocoa powder, salt, and xylitol in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute. Mix. Once slightly cooled, stir in eggs one at a time. Then stir in flour. Pour mixture into dish and bake for about 16-20 minutes.
Want to be super decadent and go for the fudge sauce too? That is 4 squares of 90% dark chocolate, 2 teaspoons erythritol, 2 tablespoons butter, and 4 tablespoons heavy cream. Microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Stir. Serve while hot. There are 7 grams of carbs in the entire batch of fudge sauce.
