1/2 cup sweetener (try granular erythritol; but any sweetener would work with these)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
green food coloring
Beat together butter and cream cheese. Add in sweetener and vanilla. Beat for a couple minutes.
Mix flours and xanthan gum together in separate bowl, then pour into your butter mixture. Beat until incorporated. Then add your green color, beating until it is smooth. Put dough into cookie press that has star shaped disc setting.
Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment. Pipe out circles. Place on pomegranate bows. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until bottoms start to lightly brown.
