Put 1 tablespoon of Sukrin Gold and 1 oz. of bourbon in each Irish Coffee mug. Pour in coffee and fill until no more than an inch from the top. Stir. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
For the Whipped Cream
Beat all ingredients in a medium bowl for 3-5 minutes or until it turns thick and fluffy. Dollop on coffee or your favorite low carb dessert.
