These pancakes are delicious. Seriously. Look no further.
4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sweetener (optional)
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
Beat together cream cheese and butter. Add in eggs and beat until smooth. Then add baking powder, sweetener, almond flour, and coconut flour and beat for three minutes.
Heat pan to medium heat and grease. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. Flip with bubbles form throughout the pancake and the underside is golden brown. Remove and plate when second side is golden brown. Repeat.
Spread on your cinnamon butter. Drizzle on your sugar-free syrup. Pancake Heaven.
