Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in large pot to medium heat. Add onion, garlic, celery, okra, peas and carrots, jalapeno, thyme, and bay leaf. Let cook and soften for 5 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients, except for the crab meat and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce heat to low to let it simmer for at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, add in crab meat and lemon juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then serve it up with some keto bread!
