Keto Pumpkin Pie Whipped Cream


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons confectioner Swerve
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice


  1. Beat all ingredients in a medium bowl for 3-5 minutes or until it turns thick and fluffy. Dollop on coffee or your favorite low carb dessert.


You can sub the heavy cream of coconut milk, but it won’t turn out as fluffy. If you don’t have any Swerve, you can put granular erythritol in your food processor and pulse until it gets powdery.   

If you don’t have pumpkin pie extract, you can just use vanilla extract.  

And if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can just use a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
