4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sweetener
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 teaspoons almond extract
4 tablespoons butter
Heat oven to 425 F. Place butter in cast iron skillet and melt in oven. Mix all other ingredients together in bowl. When butter is melted, pour batter into skillet. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until it gets bubbly and golden brown.
Serve with confectioner erythritol, slivered almonds, and sugar-free syrup.
